Norman "Skeet" Anseman was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and grew up in San Francisco, Denver and Lafayette Louisiana. He died of a heart attack on September 30, 2016, in Houston, Texas, at the age of 65, his family said.
After graduating from law school, he moved back to New Orleans and earned a Juris doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 2007. In addition to his law degree, he also earned an MBA from LOYola University and was admitted as an auditor (inactive).
He is currently a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Board of Appeals. He is a graduate of Loyola University Law School, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette School of Law and Louisiana Tech University School and an associate professor of law at the College of Southern Louisiana.
Breaux is currently a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Board of Appeals. Ralph is a notary and an associate professor of law at the College of Southern Louisiana at Lafayette School of Law and Louisiana Tech University School. He is the author of several books on the history and practice of the Louisiana Public Notary.
He has worked for several agencies, including the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Homeland Security, the Attorney General's Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, to resolve the matter. He has lobbied and informed appellate attorneys in the U.S. Supreme Court and in federal and state courts.
